Unapproved late departures will incur a fee of $50/hour, in accordance with our cleaning company’s schedule. NO PARTIES / EVENTS / GATHERINGS This property has a strict no-party policy. Exceeding the allowed occupancy or hosting unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. NO SMOKING Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 odor removal fee will be charged to cover ozone treatment and additional deep cleaning if smoking is detected. NO TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES For your safety, we use smoke detectors, indoor smoke/vape sensors, and noise monitors (not recording). Tampering with or disabling any device will result in a $500 fine. NO UNAPPROVED VISITORS All visitors must be approved by the host. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 per person per day charge. NO UNAPPROVED PETS If you're bringing a pet, please notify us at the time of booking. Any unapproved pets discovered during your stay will incur a minimum $200 cleaning fee. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES Engaging in illegal activity will result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. NO UNAUTHORIZED PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS Any commercial or promotional use of the unit or its address (including photos/videos) is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERIES Please do not send packages to the unit without prior approval. We are not liable for any lost, delayed, or stolen mail. 🛏️ Cleanliness, Damages, and Charges TOWELS & BEDDING Please do not use white towels to clean floors or remove makeup. Washing white towels with dark clothing is also prohibited. Charges for missing/damaged linens: Towels (washcloth/hand/bath/bath mat): $10 each Mattress protector: $35 Bed sheet: $20 Duvet cover: $40 Duvet insert: $90 Pillowcase: $10, Pillow: $25 Grey blanket: $35 DISHES & FURNITURE Please treat furniture and kitchenware with care. Missing or broken bowls, glasses, or plates will be charged at $10 each. CLOGGED TOILET Only toilet paper should be flushed. Do not flush baby wipes (even “flushable” ones), feminine products, or other items. Clogs will incur a minimum $250 plumbing fee. CLOGGED SHOWER/BATHTUB Please avoid spilling food or drink in the tub or shower. Drain clogs will also result in a minimum $250 plumbing fee. 🚗 Other Guidelines PARKING Guests park at their own risk. The host and management are not responsible for any damage, theft, or citations. POOL USAGE If the listing includes a pool, usage must be approved in advance. Please reach out to your host for permission. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily, including weekends and holidays. Violations may lead to eviction without refund and a minimum $100 fine. ABANDONED ITEMS Items left behind after checkout will be considered abandoned. If located, a $25 handling fee + $25/day storage will be charged, in addition to postage fees for return. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY The host or designated workers may enter the property for necessary maintenance, repairs, landscaping, inspections, or cleaning, with prior notice whenever possible. SECURITY DEPOSIT TERMS We reserve the right to withhold part or all of your security deposit for violations of house rules, excessive mess, property damage, or missing items.
