Before your stay : - *READ the self check-in information* 💬 Before your arrival, you will receive a text with the self check-in information. During your stay : - *NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY* 🚫🚬🚫 Because not everyone like waking up with cigarette odor at their place, please do not smoke inside the house. You can smoke in the garden, or outside the place. /!\ Failed to follow this rule (cigarette odor, or burnt ashes found) will automatically be charged $275 fee for ODOR ELIMINATION company, and entire reservation could be terminated without refund for not following rules ! - *We have CAMERAS OUTSIDE* 📸 For safety reason, cameras are there to monitor CARS, HOW MANY PEOPLE enter the property, and to avoid undesired parties. That way you don't have to worry about your car, it will be safely watched at all times. - *Where to park your car ?* 🚗 Only 1 Vehicle parking on the driveway (along the right front of the garage). If you have more than one car, please park on the street along the house. - *Remember to CLOSE THE GARAGE DOOR*🚪🏡 When arriving, or leaving please remember to close the garage's door. - *Do NOT FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOLIET except toilet paper.* 🚫🚽 🚫 No baby wipes, pads, condoms, etc... even flushable brands in the toilet as it will cause a stoppage and will make a flood into the house. Only toilet paper, for other stuffs, there is a trash can. /!\ If clogged $250 or more will be charged for incidental fee to get it repaired by the plumber ! This is not the first time, please respect this rule. - *Take CARE of the furniture* 🛏️ If it breaks you will be liable to pay for any damages. - *There are fees for pets* 🐶 We love our pet friend, but they can leave hair and bring dirt. To cover the cleaning fee we charge a $100 fees per animal per stay ! - Any additional guest that will be on the property at any given time that is not part of the booking will need to be added to the reservation for ($80 per guest per night after the 2 allowed guest) before check-in to avoid extra penelty charges if caught ($250). - *NO POOL ACCESS* 🚫🏊🚫 Pool access on demand only.
