That way you don't have to worry about your car, it will be safely watched at all times. - *Where to park your car ?* 🚗 You can park for free on the street. - *Do NOT FLUSH ANYTHING IN THE TOLIET except toilet paper.* 🚫🚽 🚫 No baby wipes, pads, condoms, etc... even flushable brands in the toilet as it will cause a stoppage and will make a flood into the house. Only toilet paper, for other stuffs, there is a trash can. /!\ If clogged $250 or more will be charged for incidental fee to get it repaired by the plumber ! This is not the first time, please respect this rule. - *Take CARE of the furniture* 🛏️ If it breaks you will be liable to pay for any damages. - *There are fees for pets* 🐶 We love our pet friend, but they can leave hair and bring dirt. To cover the cleaning fee we charge a $100 fees per animal per stay ! - *About number of guest*🧍 Any additional guest that will be on the property at any given time that is not part of the booking will need to be added to the reservation ($80 per guest per night if more than 2 guest) before check-in to avoid extra penalty charges if caught ($250).
