☀️ Welcome to your home away from home ! ☀️ Here are some important rules about the property everyone needs to respect, so we can all feel at ease at this place. We want you to feel at home, so please treat this place like your own home ! :) Terms and Conditions : LATE CHECK-OUTS - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late checkout may be subject to a $50/hour fees in compliance with our partner cleaning company. NO PARTIES / GATHERINGS - Please respect the property maximum occupancy. Violation of this rule may result in termination of stay with no refund and a minimum $500 fees for additional cleaning required. NO SMOKING - Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of minimum $500 to help cover the cost of ozone treatment for odor removal and/or additional cleaning required. NO TAMPERING OF SAFETY DEVICES - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detectors, sound alarms, and noise detector. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound monitors will set off an alarm at high decibels, but it is not recorded to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices results in a $500 fine. NO UNAPPROVED VISITORS - We do not allow any unapproved visitors during your stay.  Violation of this rule will result in a $50 per visitor per day fee. NO UNAPPROVED PET - Please mention on your booking, any pet that will be at the property at anytime of your stay. If unapproved pet is discovered during the stay, a minimum of $200 fees will be charged for extensive cleaning required. PARKING - Please park at your own risk. Neither the homeowners nor the managing team shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or ticket given to any vehicle. OVERLY STAINED & MISSING TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately, if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fine for non-removable stains or missing item are as follows: Towels $10 each (wash cloth, hand towels, bath towels, bath mat), Mattress Protection $35, Bed Sheet $20, Duvet cover $40, Duvet Insert $90, Pillowcases $10, Pillows $25, Grey Blanket $35. DAMAGED FURNITURE - Please take care of furnitures. Guest will be liable to pay for any damages reported. Fine for broken/missing bowls, plates, glasses, wine glasses, is $10 each. TOILET CLOGGED - Do not flush anything in the toilet, except toilet paper. No baby wipes, pads, condoms, etc... even flushable brands in the toilet as it will cause a stoppage and make a flood into the house. If clogged a minimum of $250 will be charged for incidental fee to get it repaired by the plumber. This is not the first time, please respect this rule. SHOWER / BATHTUB CLOGGED - Do not spill anything in the shower/bathtub. No food, drinks, etc… If clogged a minimum of $250 will be charged for incidental fee to get it repaired by the plumber. This is not the first time, please respect this rule. USE OF AMENITIES (POOL) - Pool is not always included on the listing. If the property has a pool, please reach out to your property manager (host) to ask permission to use the pool. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered doing any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit with no refund. NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. We do not allow anyone to receive mails or packages at our unit without notifying us.  If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen. PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property. QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM every day, including holidays.  Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit with no refund in addition to a $100 minimum fine.  PROFESSIONAL PHOTO / VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest check out will be considered abandoned.  If in fact, we do have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply: $25 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage and storage fee. $25/day for storage fee. RIGHT TO WITHHOLD GUEST'S SECURITY DEPOSIT - The management may withhold all or part of the deposit if the guest fails to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing, or the property house manual. If the cost of damages, losses, or missing items should exceed the amount of the deposit, the management will bill the guest’s credit card for the difference and/or pursue legal action. Cause(s) for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to: -damage to premises or its contents; -missing or broken items; -required excessive cleaning; -not complying fully with the departure checklist; -trespassing on neighboring properties.
